And what is Tier? Is tier for diferent kinds of colors? Any know that?

Posted Sep 11, 2013 (Patch 5.4.0)As of today it only comes in one color. The tiers are just different level breakdowns of the reagents needed.

Posted Jul 1, 2013 (Patch 5.3.0)The listed mats are assuming you use http://ptr.wowdb.com/spells/130326-riddle-of-steel to craft all the Living Steel rather than http://ptr.wowdb.com/spells/114780-transmute-living-steel which is a one-day cooldown.
