Posted Mar 6, 2013 (Patch 5.2.0)The actual quest detail doesn't say who your target quest mobs are (fail on Blizzard's part), but WowDB accurately describes them at the top of this page - you can kill Zandalari Speakers, Zandalari Arcanital, and/or Zandalari Spiritweaver. The location of these mobs will appear as skulls on your mini-map.
Also, Halduron, there are have trolls in the Horde. You could just ask them about the loa.
All in all, this is not one of Blizzard's better examples of quest writing.
