Bucket of Slicky Water is on the ground in various spots and has quest sparkles to catch your eye. (Though now that I think about it, slicky water has no business sparkling - ever.) Lazy Hozen are located in various places: laying on the ground, and hanging from a vine strung between trees. You can spot some of them fairly easy because of the green-colored "zZz" floating above their heads, but the task was sufficiently annoying to cause me to turn on friendly nameplates. The default keyboard command for enabling/disabling friendly nameplates is Shift+V. It can also be toggled through the game Interface, under Names. (I prefer the keyboard shortcut because it will not affect my setting for enemy nameplates.) You can also enter "/target lazy" (excluding the quote marks) in your chat pane.

Personally, I enjoyed the quest despite the effort in locating the quest targets because it reminded me of Lazy Peons, a quest that I did on my main over seven years ago. And let us not forget the awesome Booterang to use on lazy fel orcs in Netherwing Ridge. I have very fond memories of that Booterang. :D
