I used  Anubisath Idol (Crush, Sandstorm, Deflection) to solo Marley and Tiptoe and bring PWS down to roughly half its hp.  Then I used my own PWS (Water Jet, Whirlpool, third doesn't matter) to finish off the last enemy pet.  Use Sandstorm on cooldown and Deflection when the enemy's Whirlpool has 1 round left (to avoid significant damage).  When your PWS comes out for the last enemy pet immediately use Whirlpool and then spam Water Jet.

Edit: Last night must have been RNG, because I was able to solo all the pets with just the Anubisath Idol.

Tiptoe has since been re-classified as aquatic instead of critter.
