Posted Jan 29, 2013 (Patch 5.2.0)If you summon him when it isn't the Feast of Winter Veil he'll complain saying "Does it LOOK like the Feast of Winter Veil to you? Colored lights, decorations? No? Well, you know who has to MAKE all that stuff, right?!" before vanishing.
