You receive Blingtron 4000 Gift Package, which will normally give you Vendor Trash, Potions, Alcohol, and/or Fun Items.
It also has a rare chance of giving you numerous vanity items, Fire Spirit, Thermal Anvil, gems, various Engineer mounts and pets.

You receive Blingtron 4000 Gift Package, which will normally gives you Vendor Trash, Pots, Alcohol, and/or Fun Items.
It has the chance (much smaller) to also give you numerous vanity items, Fire Spirit, Thermal Anvil, gems, various Engineer mounts and pets.
