During TBC, I just could not get the thing to sell on the Auction House, likely because of the +spirit, so I eventually vendored it. With the current expansion (WoTLK) and the advent of heirloom items, it's probably even less auction-able. Still, I wish I'd hung on to it - I rather fancy the item name because of its reference to the World Tree (Nordrassil) which burned when Archimonde was destroyed by the Night Elf wisps in Warcraft 3.

With Patch 4.3 adding transmogrification to the game, this may become even more valuable since the conversion of its +Spirit into +Hit in Patch 4.0.1.
