Unlocks Arachnis (drops the Sack of Spectral Spiders toy) and three battle pets ( Ghastly Rat, Ghost Maggot, and Spectral Spinner) at Frostwall / Lunarfall.

Arachnis and the battle pets will persist past the end of Hallow's End, but you need to purchase this item before the holiday ends since the Spooky Supplies currency is rewarded by event-only dailies.
