Posted Oct 4, 2012 (Patch 4.3.2 or earlier)Right click on the lump of dirt at 71,70. It will slowly summon Golgoss, you'll have to defend him from yaungol and swamp rodents while the summon completes.

Posted Dec 14, 2012 (Patch 5.1.0)The exact coordinates are 70.5 , 69.6 . The peat clump can blend in to the ground if your camera is max zoomed out.
The yaungol attack singly and will intersperse attacks with Chain Lightning. The swamp rodents attack as a group and may be AoE to death.
