Golden Lotus either spawn as their own plant, or can proc from other Pandaria herbs, including the Sha-Touched Herbs.

You can also grow them on your farm using Enigma Seeds, or can purchase them in your faction's city in Vale using Spirits of Harmony.

Picking Golden Lotus will buff the herbalist with Luck of the Lotus.

To clarify: The buff does not apply towards Golden Lotus that is collected from Sunsong Ranch.
