This tabard was obtained through the WoW TCG points system.  Each pack of cards purchased game with a UDE "points" card.  Once collected in large quantities, the points could be used to purchase various toys and tabards.  This tabard was one of the available options.  All tabards in this set have the same design, just different colouring.

TCG points tabards are:

     Tabard of the Arcane (purple & blue)
     Tabard of Flame  (red  & yellow)
     Tabard of the Void (black &grey)
     Tabard of Frost (blue)
     Tabard of Fury (yellow & black)
     Tabard of Nature (green & yellow)
     Tabard of the Defender (yellow & black)
     Tabard of Brilliance (white & black)

Since the TCG is no longer made and this promotion has ended, the only way to acquire this tabard now is either through the Black Market Auction House or by purchasing points or a code from a site like eBay.
