Enchanted Dust applies a five minute buff of the same name. It makes the target somewhat translucent and sparkle, with the bonus of affecting the player's weapon ~~and mount~~.

It can be used on yourself, other players (including opposite faction), hunter pets and warlock / mage minions, and even mobs. Does not work on companion pets, sadly.

Patch 7.0.3: Fun detected.
