Not sure where Pandaren can get the quest - nothing for mine in SW cemetery.....
The NPCs can be found at the back of the Stormwind cemetery near Varian's Wife's burial ground (near the entrance of the mausoleum next to it).
Pandaren will need to visit Shattrath or Dalaran (neutral cities).
Day of the Dead is Azeroth's version of the Mexican Día de los Muertos. The very first Day of the Dead took place in 2009.
This holiday does not have any title associated with it. More than anything, it's a time to reflect... or dance around as a skeleton.
Players can complete a quest that awards Macabre Marionette. Originally, it was a holiday-only pet that would be removed from players' inventories after the event ended; Patch 5.4 has seen the marionette become a true pet.
