Posted Jun 11, 2013 (Patch 5.4.0)The easiest way to get this pet is to just circle the outer ring killing rat critters until you find one. They're not super rare, but they seem to be the least common battle pet in the Undercity.
This is probably stating the obvious, but you should probably search for this one as Horde, even if that means making yourself a level 1 undead to hoof it to town.
