Posted Jan 10, 2013 (Patch 5.2.0)This ticket comes from Ride Ticket Book sold by Kae Ti, the NPC right outside the attraction.
It will allow you access to the carousel, which grants an experience point gain buff WHEE!
If you do not have one of these in your inventory when entering the area for the ride, you will be teleported back to the main walkway.
