Which, if I may add, is ridiculous. First, a Fire Spirit was rather uncommon to loot from the gift package. Second, there are - with few exceptions, professions not being among those - realm-first achievements. Third, it was Unique-flagged; you'd only be able to have one in your bags and a second kept within the gift package. That's a total of maybe 6 skill points? The skill level cap increases by 75 points each expansion, so... 1/8th? Yes, very economy-breaking when considering the sheer number of mats plus cool-downs. /sarcasm.
Blizzard "fixed" Blingtron 4000 so that the daily quest is limited per account instead of per character. However, the minimum level requirement was removed, has a higher chance to drop valuable gifts, and can turn your character into a snazzy-looking human male or female (depending upon the character's gender) for one hour. (See Wowpedia article - Blingtron 4000.)
Possible item in Blingtron 4000 Gift Package, obtained from the Blingtron 4000 daily quest.
It permanently increases your 2 primary professions by 3-5 points. It's unique, so you can only keep one on you.
Patch 6.0.2 has deprecated Fire Spirit. It was also renamed to Dead Fire Spirit.
This is most likely because Blizzard did not want players trying to stockpile them in an attempt to speedily skill up to 675 for Warlords of Draenor.

Apologies about the achievement toast caught in the screenshot I uploaded. I didn't know my monk was that close. =/
