Posted Mar 24, 2015 (Patch 6.1.2)This was originally intended for druid bear tanks. However, since it had no primary stats (not even stamina) no sane bear tank used this even while leveling.
Sure makes one wonder why Blizzard ever bothered with creating this WotLK world drop.
