No longer available to players. It was awarded by one of the quests in the Scepter of the Shifting Sands epic quest chain, the part where the player needed to retrieve Book of Draconic from Weavil. Unfortunately, this doesn't go so well and Weavil tears up the book. The clues for which monsters to kill to retrieve the pages are given in this diary.
