Posted Mar 11, 2014 (Patch 5.4.7)This is a very low chance old world instance recipe. Should you choose to farm for it instead of buying from the Auction House (the latter would be saner), your best bet would be Goraluk Anvilcrack.
Be forewarned: UBRS is getting the "revamp" treatment for Warlords of Draenor. Should Goraluk Anvilcrack be removed, the droprate % will effectively be nerfed -- making this much harder (than it already is) to farm.
4/1/2014: After running through UBRS many times in the course of pursuing endangered items for my characters, this recipe finally dropped from Goraluk. That guy really is your best chance.
11/3/2014: Goraluk was indeed removed in Patch 6.0.2. These plans are now even more rare.
