This quest appears to be Alliance only. I went to the spot and there is NO quest giver for Horde side. I just thought people should know since it's listed as "Horde" on here.

Posted Jan 14, 2015 (Patch 6.1)The Alliance version of the quest is Come Together which uses a different quest ID. I've done this quest on multiple Horde characters.
