Huggalon is located underneath Niuzao Temple. To reach him, go to the cave entrance as shown on the map to the west of the temple. Follow the curving pathways until a bit before you come up to an archway leading into the main area. There will be a path on the right that goes on an upward incline. Follow it instead and you will come right up to Huggalon. Do not try to solo him below level 90 unless you are a tank.

Since a lot of characters will have Timeless Isle gear along with some pieces from Siege of Orgrimmar, this guy isn't too hard.

A "joke" NPC.

The four bosses within the Vault of Archavon raid instance are (in order of patch appearance): Archavon the Stone Watcher, Emalon the Storm Watcher, Koralon the Flame Watcher, Toravon the Ice Watcher.

Earth, Wind, Fire, Water... and now Heart. "By your powers combined[...]"

And he comes with a bow! ;)
